Return and Refund Policy
Because our 3D wrap-around MagSafe phone cases are individually sublimated and custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or if you accidentally order the wrong phone model. Please ensure you double-check your phone model and design choices before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if we sent you the incorrect order, we will gladly arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
To report a faulty or damaged item:
- Contact us at sales@lalacrafts.net within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
- Provide your order number and include clear photos showing the fault or damage.
- Once reviewed, we will arrange a brand new replacement to be custom-printed and dispatched to you express, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Cancellations
Production begins shortly after an order is placed. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us immediately. Once your case has entered the sublimation production phase, we can no longer cancel or alter the order.
